Who is the modern woman? What is her role in the society, and to what extent does she maintain her essence in a world dominated by men?

It was only through dance that I succeeded in finding my true femininity, and it allowed me to show this  possibility to other women.

In truth, all forms of meditation can show us the path, but dance is meditation in movement, a union of body, mind and spirit.

However, there are moments when we have everything we need, but stray from our paths. It seems like we can’t see the greater picture, and become self centered – when we move away from those who help us nourish our spirit.
On the other hand, maybe this is a necessary moment when we need to renew ourselves, and without some time in darkness we can’t germinate new life.

I believe that my new sprouts are emerging from the earth, still tender and delicate, but full of potential. And then, I would like to share my recent discoveries in a new way: no longer in a dance class, to the sound of beautiful songs,  but with people whose faces I do not know, but whose souls are related.
